| Innovative automotive seating company NuBax has signed a worldwide agreement to take its technology into the world of aviation and private jets. The company, which makes seats under the ProBax name, already supplies Lotus with car seats and has its designs under test at other manufacturers. NuBax has now agreed a deal that will see Landmark Aviation as the sole supplier into the aviation market, using the name AeroBax. NuBax's largest shareholder is the TAG Group, which also part-owns the McLaren F1 team. The company's technology uses foam to improve the postural position of a driver or passenger by maintaining the natural curvature of the spine. This relieves muscle fatigue and may have other benefits in terms of blood flow, and preventing deep vein thromboses. NuBax is also about to launch versions of its seating for the medical and office markets. |
